Let's today we will hear story of One amazing Couple 👫.. Who were know as MOTU - PATLU BEFORE.. but now they are much healthier today as a Family..

My friend Disha ji was overweight before.. she put on weight After pregnancy 🤰.. which is common in all ladies now a days.. But that extra weight started attracting other Problems in her Body...and also some comments 😧 from others..

Ankit ji has Ulta problem.. Due to hectic schedule of job.. he can't eat properly on Time ⏲ .. he has to eat outside junk food🍕🌮.. Due to that he was going underweight due to digestion issue...

One day they met coach..and decided to start journey 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ of Good Health As a Couple 💑 .. They Took part in 2️⃣1️⃣ days Transformation challenge..and with this support🤝 of healthy community and coach guidance..

Right now Disha ji lost 1️⃣3️⃣ kg weight 🥳🥳and Ankit ji Gain 5️⃣kg of Muscle Mass💪..and Now thay are on the way of Healthy Family 👫👫...

She was overweight before 10 month.. Her weight was more than 80 kg and Has so many challenges associated with Obesity.. like Thyroid and PCOD in small age of 20s😟😟..and looking like aunty☹️😩.. Due to that she was facing so many challenges which one lady can understand...
