Beefy Noodle Skillet

In pan boil water then add a little olive oil and noodles (your choice) boil until tender, then drain water and set aside.

In a skillet add 1 lb Ground beef, 1/2 Chopped onion, 2 tbsp. Minced garlic, 1 tbsp. Paprika and 2 tsp. Salt & pepper. Fry until golden brown, then drain the grease. Before returning to heat, add 1/3 cup flour (or cornstarch to make it gluten free) coat the meat and return to heat, adding 1 C. beef stock, 1 C. Whole milk (or dairy free milk), 2 tbsp. Worcestershire and 1 C. Chopped parsley. Mix together until creamy add in noodles, serve and enjoy!

2 Sticks of celery
1/2 English cucumber
1 whole lemon
2 Red apples

Juice it and then add

1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Ginger paste or thumb sized ginger root
1 C. Coconut water
Mix together and enjoy!

What a great kid! This is Cameron’s first year showing at and I was honored to have bought his Roaster pair. He was extremely polite and was eager to show me his animals. He even introduced me to his favorite duck named Sarah🥰. These kids work so hard to get these animals show ready and it definitely showed today. Congratulations to all of the kids at fair!

Summertime Peach Cobbler

6 fresh peaches washed, cut and layered in a cast iron pan. Pour 1 Tbsp. of maple syrup over the peaches and set aside.

In medium bowl, stir together 1 cup unbleached flour, 1/4 cup raw sugar, 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon & pinch of Himalayan salt.

In small dish add 1/2 stick of melted butter and 1 Tbsp. Vanilla and then add to flour mixture and mix together until crumbly. Add crumble mixture onto the peaches and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (You can also make a design on top of the crumble mixture🥰)
