Yoga is a deep feeling for me. At first, I thought yoga was just a simple sport. As long as the flexibility of the body is OK, I have been exposed to yoga before, but unfortunately I don't have time to study it further, or it is for other reasons. Now I think yoga is not as simple as I thought, it is a combination of the inside and the outside, and the flexibility of the body is secondary. The important thing is to breathe, to be conscious and to have a sense of control in every asana, and to tell the feelings and effects of every movement through asana's experience.
