First Monday of the New Year can hold a lot of pressure, a lot of starting something new, so here is your reminder that you are the only one putting pressure on yourself!
I ate wholefoods, meditated, moved my body, but also ate hot chips, and didn’t do any kind of evening routine because I crashed on the couch after a massive day at the beach 🏝️
You don’t have to be ‘perfect’ or keep ‘starting over’, just make choices from a place of loving yourself, your body, your mind, and remember that when we have fun & feel good then the Universe rewards us with more of those feelings✨
