A day full of rebirthing energies 💖
Ostara- Ostara represents the first day of Spring.
This is the time of balance between daylight and darkness as Mother Earth awakens from Her long winter's sleep.
✨Astrological New Year- The beginning of a new astrological cycle happens every year during Aries season.
As the first sign of the zodiac, Aries starts things off for a brand new astrological year.
Picture the zodiac wheel with the signs in order—Aries is first, and Pisces is last. So when we make it through each zodiac sign, ending with Pisces, we’ve completed the full circle and are starting over.
🌚 And there’s a new moon in Aries tomorrow following the astrological new year, making it an even more perfect time to set intentions so you can have the best year ever.
✨Spring Equinox- The Spring equinox, like Ostara, marks the first day of spring, celebrating the balance of light and dark.
The spring equinox (as well as autumnal equinox) is when neither of earths hemispheres is inclined towards or away from the sun.
As a result, the Sun is located directly above the equator, and both hemispheres receive an almost equal amount of sunlight.
At the moment of the equinox, the ecliptic and the celestial equator intersect.
The ecliptic is the Sun’s path across the sky; the celestial equator is an imaginary line extending from the Earth’s equator into the celestial sphere.
They are inclined to each other at 23.5°. If there were no inclination between them, there would be no seasons and solstices, and we would have the equinox all year round.
Hope you all have a wonderful day of renewal!
