Home safe & sound from an INCREDIBLE trip! My goals this week include more fibre, more water & looooots of rest 😇

We can feel pressure at the end of vacay to snap back to reality after all the ~indulgence~

Instead of beating ourselves up about it, it’s important to do what makes you FEEL good & more like yourself again 🥸

Because at the end of the day, maybe a blast with your friends was really what you needed to make you feel more like yourself in the first place 💖

PAD THAI PLS 🥡✨

This sauce recipe is seriously so easy & so good you’re gonna want to have it on repeat 🔁 SAVE IT❣️

✨INGREDIENTS✨
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp rice vinegar
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 2 tbsp sriracha (can sub for more ketchup)
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 2 tbsp water

✨HOW TO✨
• whisk ingredients together
• ENJOY

Served here with rice noodles, green onions, fresh mint & cilantro with chopped peanuts 🤌🏼

OK YA 😍🔥

It has been rainy & dreary the past few days here which means it was the PERFECT opportunity to bust out my Crockpot 🍯

These pulled pork sandwiches were SO good & SO satisfying 👅

It’s literally pork shoulder, 1/4 cup of stock for moisture & 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce, cooked on low for ~5hrs 🤌🏼 SO EASY ‼️

How do we feel about coleslaw? I’m here for it so lemme know if you want that recipe too 👀
