Just because a symptom is common doesn’t mean it’s normal.
Fatigue is a great example. Feeling tired all the time is so widespread, it’s almost expected—but that doesn’t make it okay.

Fatigue isn’t something your body is supposed to just “deal with.” It’s a signal. A red flag waving that something deeper is going on. 🚩

Your body is designed to heal, thrive, and have energy! ⚡

Happy First Day of Summer!
To celebrate, I wanted to share a yummy refreshing way to keep hydrated! This recipe comes from Nagina Abdullah

Glass pitcher
4-6 cups water
10-15 slices cucumber
2 lemons, squeezed and sliced
about 1" fresh ginger, finely grated
3-4 sprigs fresh mint
Combine all in pitcher and let sit overnight.
Drink 1 glass first thing in the morning (or anytime) for a boost!
This will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days
Enjoy!
