Double Choc Cookie Dough Balls 🤤👅🍫

Only 5 ingredients😱

2 cups cashews
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 chocolate complete sachet
Dark choc chips
**blitz all ingredients together, roll into balls, set in fridge.

It’s the feeling of acting happy or cheerful when you’re just really not. It’s that fake kind of happiness where people say to you things like “Just cheer up!” or “It’ll get better, don’t worry,” when something really bad has happened to you or your emotions and feelings may be low.

It's inauthentic and can cause damage to the soul

1.Toxic positivity you can experience from someone or give to someone, and
2.Toxic positivity you can inflict on yourself.

Sometimes you can ignore your emotions because of a belief that being happy is better, being unhappy is bad.
Being too positive can actually have you disconnect to reality, become emotionless, inauthentic and can distance yourself from people. I feel like at one point in our lives we have all experienced toxic positivity either from someone or inflicting it on ourselves!
Too much of this can cause a flood of negativity.
Slowly filling up a suitcase with all the negativity you feel or experience you pack it away, just keep shoving it all in there then one point you can't close it, it's so packed it begins to overflow and there's no way your going to close it. That's when it finds a way to show up in all its glory. All those little things in one big whack in the face!
So the point is to not ignore our negative thoughts. The negative emotions we may feel. Not letting them be packed away to a point of exploding on us and having us experience a "break down"
Did you know that being soooooo positive and not acknowledging your negatives will actually make you sadder and make you insensitive !!!
So the deal here is to stop faking it! Let yourself feel. Feel the good and the bad. Be honest with your friends and family. In a society where positivity is showered upon its hard to feel OK about feeling sad sometimes but the reality of it is EVERY SINGLE PERSON has POSITIVE & NEGATIVES in their lives. We all need to be more open to really asking someone how they feel.

Not only show up for other people allowing them to feel safe to share their true emotions but also give ourselves some slack when we are in a different state other than positive. We are all humans!

When I started following our program 5 years ago I learnt about the power of healthy habits.

I started really small. This helped me not to feel overwhelmed. Over time I started to get a feel for what I loved to do and I created my own daily rituals that lead me to live a happier and healthier life🌈

Here are some of my favourites ~

I used to spend $4-6 everyday on coffee, energy drinks, Pepsi Max (yep that was to softy of choice) just to keep me going.

What I didn’t know at the time is that I was putting so many chemicals and toxins into my body, causing lots of stress on my gut health and nervous system:

Then I made the switch and started investing those few dollars into my cellular nutrition and start reversing the damage and oxidation from those ‘not so healthy’ daily choices.

DO YOU STRUGGLE WITH LOW IRON?

As a plant based eater, I end up not getting enough iron in my diet.

I’m not a fan of the synthetic iron supplements, and always aim to eat plant based foods high in iron.

This is my little secret to getting 50% of my recommended iron intake for the day.

I make a choc shake (or choccy oats when it’s cold) and I use my favourite plant based protein and superfood powder 🍫 🧋

I don’t often share much on why I chose network marketing and more specifically why I partnered with the Juice Plus company…

👧🏽Growing up I watched my parents struggle supporting 4 children on a minimum wage. We couldn’t afford buying organic, we didn’t go out for dinners, I wasn’t allowed pocket money and every time Christmas time came around my parents would say “No Christmas this year, we can’t afford it”. As a child I watched these patterns subconsciously and over time it built a belief inside of me that I never would be good enough to have money.

👯‍♀️When I was 19 I had a realisation and I remember it clear to this day.
I knew if I wanted to create real change in my life I had to be the women brave enough to break the cycle of a poverty mindset not only for myself but for my family and future families to come.

🥸Fruits and vegetables just make sense to me… why wouldn’t I want a quick, affordable and sustainable way to add more whole foods into my life!? I loved my company’s mission - to inspire healthy living around the world and it means I could stop trading my time for money - creating a magic side of extra income! (be helping others)

👑Today I am pregnant and I’m not fu***ng worried about being financially stuck! When the time comes to go onto maternity leave I don’t have to worry about not being able to pay the bills, not being able to afford nice things for myself or for my baby, I don’t have to go back to work when little one is 3 months because I was the women 5 years ago who was brave enough TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT💥😎

So if you’re still reading babe… it’s for a reason. Listen to your heart for once in your life and be brave❤️‍🔥

Self Worth Activity - SAVE THIS POST

One of the things my clients absolutely love is doing this exercise. It’s not easy but it is simple, and the results are phenomenal.

Growing your sense of self worth and believing you are worthy, means feeling and realising you already have the qualities of your worthy self within you.

Get your journal ready and sit in a nice quiet space with no distractions.

Step 1. Close your eyes and visualise your highest self / your best self / the version of you who is successful. How does she show up? How does she feel? What qualities, characteristics or traits does she have that you feel you are missing now?

- write down all of the qualities she has. Eg. Courage, determined, confident, etc

- aim for a at least 20 qualities, but those of you who really want to grow, aim for 40.

Step 2. This can be done all in one sitting or you can space it out over consecutive days. YOU CAN NOT MISS A DAY or you have to start this process again.
- start with the first quality you wrote down eg. Courage.

- think back to a time and place in your life where you had to summon or become that quality. It has to be a specific time, so if I was to ask you when that was you could tell me the situation, what was happening, who was there and maybe even the clothes you were wearing! This is a MUST or the exercise will not work.

- eg, think of a specific time where you had to summon courage. Where you had to be courageous. What was happening, and when was the moment that you had to use your courage. Write this down.

- do this for every single word you wrote down until you have made it through the list.

The point of this exercise is to show you all of the things you perceive you are missing, are already inside of you and you’ve already had to be that person. So this is a really powerful way to embody that next level self that you need to become to have higher self worth, and achieve that success you crave.
