FLASH BACK TO LAST WEEKEND ✨
Positive vibes oozing all over the place!
On Saturday we had our annual business conference and we transitioned to the online style for 2020 (since we couldn’t jump on a plane and take the party to the Convention Centre at Gold Coast)
Some of our babies came in crowded out my lounge room so we could all hang out together and tune in.
It was seriously so much fun and such a beautiful reminder of how grateful I am to be surrounded by such positive and supporting women, who also have the drive and the passion to create a positive impact in our community.
At lunchtime we popped the Prosecco and celebrated every single one of us on this journey.
I seriously love working from home, and I seriously love the fact that I don’t have to do it alone!

Your skin routine will love this...
A natural face mist that will sooth and hydrate your skin with aloe vera to relieve stressed skin and homemade rosewater for extra hydration.
INGREDIENTS:
+ 10 organic roses
+ distilled water
+ 20 drops rose essential oil
+ 3 pumps of aloe vera gel
METHOD:
1. Remove all the petals from the roses and place into a saucepan. Cover with distilled water and let it simmer for 30minutes.
2. Strain the coloured water into a small jug.
3. Add rose essential oil and aloe vera gel.
4. Using a funnel, pour the mixture into a small spray bottle.
Sit at your bed-side table or desk to spritz and revitalise your skin at any time! 😍

You asked for more workouts, so I’m gunna give it to your Gurrrrrrl 💪🏼.
Super simple home workout for your whole body. You can add a kettlebell if you want that extra challenge. Otherwise, body weight is totally fine!
YOUR FULL BODY WORKOUT:
5 Sets
1 min rest between sets
20x squats
20x Russian twist
20x alternating leg lifts
20x Spidermans
So OBVIOUSLY this video is sped up, so I want you to slow down your moves. Focus on the strength and control.
I personally prefer to have fewer exercises, and multiple sets of them, to really build that stamina.
This is a full body workout, however we all have a favourite body part we like to work out the most.
What is yours??
I LOVE doing Ab exercises the best.
Arms are my least favourite 🙈.
