Baked salmon, roasted potatoes, and broccoli.
Salmon can be cooked very simply and be very delicious. Take a salmon fillet and sprinkle salt and pepper on it. Place lemon slices over the top. Bake in an oven at 375 for about 25 minutes depending on the thickness.
Cut potatoes into wedges. Chunk an onion and toss it in too. Coat in olive oil, salt and pepper, minced garlic, paprika, parsley, and any other spices that sound good. Roast in the oven at 375 for about 35 minutes or until fork tender.
