Going "LIVE" on social media? Here are some favorite tips to bring you and your brand to the next level!
1. Consider a virtual background. There are a ton of virtual backgrounds available to create (i.e. Canva), or already built-in like on Zoom.
2. Try a filter - or just look like you are using one. Zoom’s Touch Up My Appearance filter gives a “soft focus,”. For a “real world” way to soften your appearance, make sure you are backlit instead of directly facing a sunny window or harsh artificial light.
3. Refresh your hair in 5 minutes: Take a few minutes before your video call to use a dry shampoo for a quick touch-up. We love the natural dry shampoo tip our friend Jaslyne Bridges gave us: Baby powder + cinnamon powder!
4. Add a third piece to our outfit: the classic “third-piece” rule of fashion. Wearing a basic top and pants in the morning (well, real pants or PJs — whatever) but want to feel more professional for a video conference call? Consider adding a blazer, cardigan, jacket, or an accessory such as a scarf or statement necklace. And don't forget the lippie!. (Adapted from Corporette.com)
5. Finally, put strategy behind your intentions for the call with the right doTERRA diffuser blend! Do you want to feel confident, calm, focused? You decide!

What I love about the Competition theme is its ability to perform at an individual AND team level! Passion and drive to achieve personal and collective goals. Strength to Oil pairing: lemongrass with it's ability to heighten awareness, promote a positive outlook, and it's physical makeup - tall, perennial plant - all seems to make sense!

My Input strength SO appreciates this - reusing the cute doTERRA bottles! My Input theme hangs on to things that might have use or purpose in the future. But we have to be careful - the shadow side of Input = Packrat!

Our beautiful bottles can be used for so many things after using the essential oils. These are just a few ways we have repurposed empty bottles.

So, instead of throwing them out, see what you have around the house that you can use to create something new!
