How would life be different if our “inside voice”(the one we use to talk with ourselves) was…Kind. Encouraging. Gentle. Instead of that other one we often hear. Most of us know that one. The drill sergeant! The scolder! The “you could have done that better” one. Using a kind voice, we can still get ourselves moving, learn from our mistakes and all the other things the crabby voice has accomplished. We just change it up and talk to ourselves as we talk with others that we love. Just try it! More often! You don’t need to do it all the time to feel your self-love grow. Just some of the time and then a little more and then a little more.:) And pretty soon, your “inside voice” is one of the sweetest voices you will hear! Happy Valentine’s week from my big heart to yours!
