Dantian are the store house of energy. They are like photon, electromagnetic energy radiating in a vacuum vibrating at light frequency with zero mass.

There are 3 dantian.

The one located at the head store light which fuel our 5 senses and Intuition for perception.

The middle dantian is the store house for renewable energy like the energy we get from food we eat and also breathe for fitness. When we run certain distance we run out breathe and need to stop to recover, the middle dantian is responsible. It works in alignment with the heart

The lower dantian is the store house for our vitality, Instinct, health and aging.

Dantian can be evolve or upgraded when we cultivate it.

Cultivation require accumulation and fusion of 5 elemental energy till it reach required amount to raise the vibrational frequency of the previous exit energy frequency.

There is a breakthrough at every evolution with a big bang explosion that create a new sun to generate light, heat/warmth and gravitational force that is greater than the previous sun.

You will never be criticized by someone who is doing more than you. They are too focused on their dreams and know how hard the journey is. You will only be criticized by someone who ISN'T achieving their goals and is taking it out on you.

People love to talk bad and judge others because they are so frustrated at their inability of chasing what they want so they try to make others feel small. They doubt their own abilities so much that they attack others to try to make people who DO share their art, books, videos and work in the world, feel like they shouldn't be. This can range from family, friends, and even strangers.

There is ALWAYS a critic.
People will try to control anything outside of them before they ever look in the mirror. Don't be that person. Judgment is toxic. Keep focusing on your dreams and keep moving forward!

You will never be criticized by someone doing more than you. you will only be criticized by someone doing less.

Humans are made of 5 alchemy element which are fire, water, earth, air, and spirit or cosmic energy.

Those 5 element must be maintained for healthy body and mind, which complete our spirituality.

We take in those five elements daily unknown to us.

Fire is the daily heat and radiation from the sun.

Water we drink and wash our body and can't do with it.

Earth element is through our daily food, we can't eat the soil, so the earth gave us part of it mineral as eatable plant, fruit, animal for body nutrition.

Air element is oxygen we breath in.

Spirit or cosmic energy is the life force energy animating our body, which can't be seen with the eye but can be felt. It is acting as blood in our body and need to be maintained also.

This is where the breath work meditation come in to play.
We Take in cosmic energy when we hold our breath.

breath in and out while holding your breath for 15min to push out unwanted energy.

Second is holding your breath and breath in only repeatedly for 15min to take in fresh energy.
