Food for thought...
This would be a great day to start cleaning out your fridge, cupboards and counters of the sugary treats that are still lingering. I promise you don't have to eat them all! ha.
Your body will thank you if you start making the turn towards healthful choices TODAY! I know the cleanse is a week away, but it will go even better for you with a gradual swing away from the sugar. :)
