I am a qualified Senior Hypnobirthing teacher and work both with expectant parents and also deliver teaching for the HypnoBirthing Association accredited by the Royal College of Midwives. I have undertaken specialised training in many areas of hypnotherapy including; Weight loss, Eating disorders, Addiction, Pain management and management of chronic illness, Self Esteem & Confidence building, Anxiety, Phobia, Stress management, Psychosexual dysfunction, Sleep problems, Soul Retrieval Therapy, and Past Life Regression/Therapy.
