Thank you for Joining Me. My Name is Sara and I’m a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner based in Kirkcaldy ☺️

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety. Using a technique called palm healing to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

Reiki is a wonderful energy that seeks to guide us into an ever-higher place in our beautiful Universe.

All Reiki sessions are one to one and completely confidential. During a Reiki session you will remain fully clothed.
