Why do our shakes only come in Chocolate or Vanilla? 🤔🍫

This is why... 👇🏻👇🏻

They are the only 2 natural flavours

Chocolate comes from the natural cocoa bean & Vanilla comes from the vanilla pod itself. 💯

So they are NOT made up from any flavourings at all, just natural!

No E numbers and no ingredients you wouldn't recognise 👍🏻

The other fab thing is you can literally make so many different flavoured recipes with those too 🌈🍒🍇

They are called COMPLETE as can be used as a complete meal replacement if that’s what you need

Here is my new fav chocolate oat cookie recipe!🍪🍫😍🎉

Ingredients📝

250 g oats
3 eggs
3 small bananas or 2 big, very ripe
1,5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
5 tablespoon olive or coconut oil
100-150 g natural lactose free yogurt or normal
Couple of tablespoon oat milk or other plant based milk, optional amount, if it's too thick
Handful of dried cranberries, chopped
Handful of frozen blueberries
1 scoop chocolate protein powder, optional

Instructions👩‍🍳

Mix eggs and oil with electric mixer, add mashed banana. Mix dry ingredients, then add to the wet ingredients. Add yogurt, oat milk, blueberries, add to a baking pan lined with baking paper. The batter makes 2 full baking pans, 5x5 cookies each. Put in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Wanted to have something warm for breakfast so I had this yummy oatmeal and added vanilla Complete plant based shake powder to it!👏 And not forgetting my daily essentials.. 30 different fruits, veggies and berries capsules!🍇🍈🍉🍑🍒🍓🥦

Oatmeal with kiwi🥝🌺

🌸40 g oats
🌸Oat milk
🌸1 tsp chia
🌸1 tsp cinnamon
🌸Grated zucchini
🌸1/2 mashed banana
🌸1/2 scoop Vanilla Complete
🌸1 handful frozen berries
🌸Kiwi on top

Cook the oats in water, add some oat milk, add cinnamon, chia, grated zucchini, mashed banana. When it's cooked, add the Vanilla Complete, berries, kiwi 😍🙌🔝

I don’t know about you but I’m ready to kick start a new health journey 🐹

Let’s face it summer isn’t the easiest time to get in shape….

There are many distractions from holidays, parties or Just sitting in the garden with a beer or glass of wine.

So I wanted to create something that is easy to stick to and doesn’t require any restrictions or removing certain foods and drinks.

This whole program is about Focus!

Focusing on 5 simple things everybody can do each day.

1:- Drink 2 litres of water. 💧
2:- Exercise for 30 minute per day (this can be gym, swim, walk, bike ride or whatever else you prefer) 🚴
3:- 1 superfood smoothie per day (as a breakfast, snack or post workout) 🥛
4:- write 3 things your grateful for in a journal. 📕
5:- Eat 1 fruit and or 1 Vegetable per day as a snack or with one of your main meal🍏

5 things that you can focus on every day that’s going to improve your health and mindset.

But wait there’s a catch……..

“Accountability”

Every day we are going to use this group to document what we have done

Pictures of your workout ✅
Sweaty selfies ✅
Smoothie pictures ✅
Healthy meals ✅

Whatever you feel like sharing you can.
