Do you meditate? 🧘🏻‍♀️ This is a message that comes through from the higher self in most QHHT sessions.

To be in stillness is the message today.

You can do this in many ways. Some sit or lay in silence to go within.

I often recommend guided meditations too, on YT have wonderful guided meditations I recommend all the time. 10 - 30 minutes a day is enough whenever you can.

It can also be to take a walk in nature.

What do you do to reconnect with yourself and your higher wisdom?

I love coming to Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 it's my happy place. The weather is sometimes rainy, windy and cold.

Sometimes it's glorious. But it doesn't really matter.
It's a place to slow down, ground, walk on the beach, along the river. Get a bite to eat. Watch films at night.

I love it and have been coming here since I was 6 months old 🥰 so I think it's a part of me now.

Do you have a place like that? Somewhere else that feels like home?
