Busy Mom,
Amita’s Inspiring Transformation
🌻Being a working mother of two isn’t easy—juggling work, home, and kids often leaves little time for self-care. But Amita proved that when you prioritize your health, everything else falls into place.
🌻She lost 8 kgs while managing her work and kids, all without extreme dieting. Instead, we focused on homeopathy, yoga, and the right nutrition, helping her fix post-pregnancy cravings and hormonal imbalances.
With regular check-ins, mindset shifts, and small lifestyle changes, her period irregularities and allergic episodes improved significantly. And while we’re still working on her sleep and high cortisol levels (because balancing work and family makes some weeks slow)
