Amita’s Inspiring Transformation

🌻Being a working mother of two isn’t easy—juggling work, home, and kids often leaves little time for self-care. But Amita proved that when you prioritize your health, everything else falls into place.

🌻She lost 8 kgs while managing her work and kids, all without extreme dieting. Instead, we focused on homeopathy, yoga, and the right nutrition, helping her fix post-pregnancy cravings and hormonal imbalances.

Most people think only food affects blood sugar, but that’s NOT the full story! These hidden factors could be messing with your glucose levels without you even realizing it.

➡️Stress – When you’re stressed, your body releases cortisol and adrenaline, which increase blood sugar and make your cells insulin-resistant. Chronic stress = long-term glucose spikes!

➡️Sleep Quality – Poor sleep or irregular sleep patterns can increase insulin resistance, making it harder for your body to manage blood sugar levels. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep!

➡️Exercise – Movement helps your body use glucose efficiently, but too little exercise can lead to insulin resistance, while over-exercising can cause stress-related glucose spikes. Balance is key!

➡️Microbiome: Your gut microbiome refers to all the microbes (bacteria, viruses, and fungi) that live in your intestinal tract. We want to strive for microbiome diversity, as it plays a critical role in metabolic health.

➡️Sunlight & Vitamin D – Low vitamin D levels are linked to poor insulin function and higher blood sugar. Spend time in the sun or take a supplement if needed!
