Something I struggle with is the feeling that resting is a wasteful way to spend your time and I have felt this way for a long time.

I know that rest allows your body and mind to recover from daily activities, repair itself, and rebuild energy, but I personally find this hard to do.

As you can imagine, costs have gone up since I last adjusted my prices 2 years ago. To keep offering you the quality treatments you deserve, I’ll be making a small price increase starting from 1st October.

A massage does not have to be painful to be effective.

While some techniques, particularly in deep tissue massage, may involve some discomfort as muscles are worked, a massage should never be excruciating.

I will work within your comfort level, using pressure that is effective but not overly painful.

The goal is to relieve tension, not cause more pain.
