CL Life Action CL Life Action was founded as a result of what I found out from my fit journey. Information remains Welcome to CL Life Action. Day after day it was the same.

I used to sit on the couch, grab my bowl of snacks, turn over the television and zone out until the I ran out of something harmful to eat or until it was bed time. Inside I wanted more for myself. I thought taking action for my life and beginning to establish wholesome life habits seemed impossible. Little did I know it would be one of the most difficult but most rewarding journeys of my life. Today, I am healthier, more fit and more focused to encourage others to discover what I found for myself. CL Life Action is about support and encouragement toward action. We want to support anyone who can relate to struggling to be a healthier person. Our story is a story about taking action to in order to change our life. Who doesn't want more for themselves. We all want to stop making risky choices that lead to an unhealthy way to live. We can help support anyone on the journey to take control and action to a better life. Let us be a partner of change by proving tools and resources needed to take life action.

Scallop and Shrimp Topped New York Stripped Steal Smothered in White Wine Shallot Cream Sauce

๐ŸญWhat we need:

White Wine Shallot Cream Sauce
3/8 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tbs white wine
2 tbs butter
1/2 shallot
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp Fresh cracked pepper
1/4 tsp salt

๐ŸญWhat to do:

*In a saucepan simmer minced shallot and garlic a couple mins.
*add heavy whipping cream, white wine, salt and pepper.
*simmer 6-8 minutes or until sauce has thickened

๐ŸญWhat we need:

โ€ข 3 eggplants.
โ€ข Cherry tomatoes.
โ€ข Tomato sauce.
โ€ข Mozzarella cheese.
โ€ข Tumeric..
โ€ข Black pepper.
โ€ข 1 lemon.
โ€ข Olive oil.

Garlic Sauce:
โ€ข 3 Garlic Cloves.
โ€ข Olive oil.
โ€ข Parsley.
โ€ข Lemon juice.
โ€ข Salt.

๐ŸญWhat to do:

1. Devide the eggplants in half, add lemon juice, olive oil, turmeric, pepper and lightly divide them with the tip of knife.
2. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C until softened.
3. Put 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, put them back in the oven for 5 minutes.
4. In the pan, add cherry tomatoes divided in half with a little salt and pepper and cook until soft.
5. Grind all the ingredients of the garlic sauce.
6. Add mozzarella cheese to the eggplants, tomatoes and garlic sauce on top and serve.
