a 45 years old female presented with a history of dry cough and stridor.., her bronchoscopy revealed large tracheal tumor obstructing most of its lumen.
Primary tracheal tumors are rare.
And most tumors in adult patients are malignant.
symptoms frequently do not arise until the tumor is large enough to obstruct at least 50 percent of the diameter of the lumen.

Her Bronchoscopy revealed one of the most rare conditions which is what is called Tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica
This benign entity is seen with a
frequency of 0.4 percent at bronchoscopy,
& characterized by osseous and cartilaginous submucosal nodules connected to tracheal cartilage sparing the posterior tracheal membranous wall.
