🇺🇸 I hope your Fourth of July reminded you that you're actually pretty damn free—even in the midst of global chaos and systems that feel like they're running on expired batteries.
Yes, there are things that need to change in the world.
Here me out if you are anti America today (because this is especially for you):
Yes, the world feels like it's held together with duct tape and questionable leadership decisions from time to time.
No, it will not change overnight.
Yes, the human collective is hurting right now because of world turmoil...
But the reality is, there will ALWAYS be something. And regardless of what is happening someone isn't gonna be happy.
But the one thing you can change? How you're living your life.
⠀
I’m choosing to use the freedom I do have to enjoy this beautiful, messy ride.
To nourish what’s within my reach—my body, my home, my relationships, my peace.
⠀
We are the creators of our reality. Whether it’s a sanctuary or a stress spiral, that power starts with us.
⠀
The human collective doesn’t heal through one big grand gesture—it heals through a million small ones.
It’s a trickle effect.
One breath.
One conscious choice.
One spark of joy in the face of all the noise.
I’m choosing to use my freedom to nourish what’s real, what’s close, and what lights me up—because doom-scrolling never fixed a thing. it just alters our reality and pins us against each other.
We are the creators of our reality—whether that’s a peaceful garden or a mental dumpster fire.
And here’s the truth: collective change doesn’t start with shouting into the void. It starts at home. With us. With how we speak, love, rest, resist, and rise.
So be the ripple—dance in your kitchen.
Rest without guilt.
Say what you mean with love. Speak from your heart. Take a breath before you bite someone’s head off in traffic. Refuse to let the chaos cancel your light.
True freedom is knowing that we are part of the collective—and that each of us has a role in the trickle effect of healing, awakening, and change.
This is what freedom actually looks like. And it starts right here. 💜🥰
