My calls are being heard, my beckon for change.
Small shifts, small movements...

And although this year has flown by in an instant with only a few more months to go...

With all the work I have done starting almost a year from today, as I was catupulted into serious reality and making hard decisions and realizations...

I feel stillness and stagnation.
But at warp speed.
I feel nothing and everything...
All at once.
I feel calm and angst at the uncertainty.

It's almost like my body keeps shifting from multiple timelines in one single body.
I feel like I am here, but not.

I crave a grounded life with the freedom of movement when necessary.
I yearn for the moments to be truly seen and connected.
I hope for more community but want equal time for myself to just be with myself.

This duality of bringing more peace to my soul...
The creative spark I hold, along with the exhaustion...

I know the time will come for me.
I know everything meant for me in this lifetime will happen as it should.
I know in my heart, my soul and mind...

But, I think at the moment I am supposed to just listen. And trust.

The work is never done, beautiful beings...
In fact, it is a continuation of one's self connection to finding the true connection to spirit.
Which is limitless.

So for now...
I will listen, and pray.

✨️ Escaping reality night now sounds like a great plan.

📖 🐉 Jump back into the fairy realm and get out of my reading slump🧚‍♀️ 📖

💤 Hibernation mode has already hit me about a week ago, and the temperature hasn't even fully dropped yet 🙃

🌎Who else is feeling the heaviness of the world or of your life choices? 😂

A full ayurvedic reset cleanse is absolutely needed for me at this moment. Otherwise, my routines will start to deteriorate. Patterns shift and change with the seasons, and it is important to recognize what you need to continue to flourish in the ways that you want to.

I will be doing a full reset towards the middle part of the week into next. Who's with me? 🙋‍♀️

✨️Ritu Reset: a virtual 15-day experience to integrate ayurvedic practices into your modern daily life. This is self paced with pre-recordings. Additional support is available through Limitless Sessions.

✨️ Our 3rd Reclamation Retreat in Uvita, Costa Rica. A beautiful immersive experience at a 5 star boutique resort. March 28th-April 4th 2026. Payment plans and lower rates now available.

Calling all mamas who have been craving a spiritual practice that includes your little ones... this one’s for YOU. 💜

If you’ve been longing to chant, connect, and share mantra practice in a community of like-minded families, consider this your sign. 🌸

🪘 Kids are encouraged to join in the chanting and bring any tiny instruments like hand drums or shakers to enhance the magic.

This class is all about:
🤱🏽 Holding space for mothers who want to keep their own practice alive
🌱 Gently introducing mantras to children in a fun and nurturing way
💞 Building heart-centered connections with other families

✨ FREE to sign up, pay what you can at the door (suggested in-person donation $20). I am holding space from 1-3. However, it is not required to stay the whole time. Come and stay as long as you like, just please register so I can plan

🍂Change is in the air… can you feel it?
And I am not just talking about the seasons turning...
the world is shifting.

More and more of us are waking up, refusing to swallow the stories we’ve been fed for too long.

We’re questioning the systems built to keep us numb.

We’re exposing the shadows that thrived in silence.

We’re not just learning our truth...
we’re embodying it.

And holy s**t, we are living it.
I am living it.
And it is messy and rebellious...
But full of heart, intention and purpose.

The holy rebellion is rising...
A movement of hearts lit up by truth, determined to tear down what’s corrupt and build what’s sacred.

This isn’t chaos.
