Appointments should be scheduled through our website or your Charm mPHR account. This helps us keep everything accurate and efficient.

⏰ Please Be On Time
We value your time — and ours. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointments so we can stay on track and give each patient the care they deserve. We understand traffic can be unpredictable. If you will be running late please send us a message to 270-714-4477.

💻 No Virtual Appointments at This Time
Due to frequent no-shows and inconsistent follow-through with in-person care requirements, we are not currently offering virtual visits. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.

👥 Staffing Update
We’re excited to welcome new friendly faces to the office. Ashley M. will be running the front desk and Janie M. is a PRN Registered Nurse! As they complete their training, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. They’re here to help — and learning quickly!

Exciting news: We have started to use a new compounding pharmacy for weight loss medications including semaglutide and tirzepatide and they are actually more affordable. If you are a patient who was impacted by the sudden unavailability a few months ago or a new patient interested in starting your weight loss journey please schedule an appointment on our website

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day from all of us at Henderson Family Care! 🎆

As you celebrate with family and friends, here are a few safety reminders to keep the fun going all weekend long:

Fireworks Safety:
Always have adult supervision and a bucket of water nearby
Light one firework at a time on a clear, flat surface
Never relight a “dud” — wait 20 minutes, then soak it in water

Water Safety:
Swim with a buddy and keep young children within arm’s reach
Wear properly fitted life jackets on boats
Take regular breaks from the pool or lake to rest and rehydrate

Sun & Heat Protection:
Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen at least 15 minutes before heading outside and reapply every 2 hours
Wear a wide-brimmed hat and UV-blocking sunglasses
Drink plenty of water, and take shady breaks to prevent heat exhaustion

General Tips:
Plan for a designated driver if you’re enjoying adult beverages
Keep pets comfortable indoors—they’re sensitive to noise and heat too

Enjoy the fireworks, backyard barbecues, and poolside fun—just remember to stay safe so we can celebrate many more Fourths together! 🎉🩵❤️🩶

☀️ Just a quick summer and vacation update: I’ll be in the office every Tuesday and Thursday during summer break, so feel free to schedule your visit on those days. I’m heading out on vacation from Friday, July 4 through Friday, July 11, 2025, and while I’ll check in as I can, my internet access may be spotty. If you need to reach me while I’m away, please send a message through the Charm mPHR portal, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. All appointments for injections scheduled next week will be done by a nurse I have hired to fill in. I hope you have a wonderful summer! 🌻
