Somehow, I’ve thought about posting every day for weeks and just haven’t been able to. Maybe it’s because life is so busy, maybe I hate acknowledging that it’s been yet another year without him, or maybe it’s because this year he would be turning 40 in just a few days. But for this event, I need to do better. April 3rd marks four years since we lost my brother Ryan to a he**in overdose or, more correctly, I should say a fentanyl overdose, because there was no he**in in his system. Rather than spend his death anniversary mourning, we choose to celebrate and try to make a difference through raising awareness with Socks For Sobriety. On April 3rd we encourage you to wear & show your craziest socks with a and help us raise awareness!
