I find the best way to stay on track with healthy eating habits is to meal prep. I prepare a huge bowl of salad with lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, red cabbage, onion and mushrooms. My family and I have this for afternoon tea with a tin of tuna, pepitas and balsamic vinegar; on wraps with poached chicken breast for lunch and with roasted sweet potato and either lean beef or salmon for dinner. Easy, healthy and delicious! 😊

When I first started going to a gym, I could not do a single sit up! Not one. Now I can do lots 🙂 Sit ups are a great ab exercise, you don't need any equipment to do them and there are many variations. It's important to do them correctly though, for better results and to save yourself injuries. Here's a short video to demonstrate how to do a sit up properly.
