この度、誠に勝手ながら現住所でのプライベートセッションの最終受付が6月1日(日)となることをお知らせいたします。
また、６月以降のプライベートセッションは、6月16日（月）から、活動場所をニューヨークに戻して開始することに致しました。

私自身１６歳単身渡米した直後すぐに膝に大きな怪我をしてしまい、そこからの１２年間は身体のあちこちに常に痛みがある生活でありました。ジャイロトニックとの出会いのお陰でダンサー生活を乗り切れたと言っても過言ではありません。

これからは私の人生の軸を育ててくれた第二の故郷で感謝の気持ちと共に精進してまいります。常に初心と学び続ける心を大切に、 The Gyrotonic Expansion System® を通して幅広い世代の皆さんがご自身のお身体を大切にすることのお手伝いができれば幸いです。

そして、お一人お一人と向き合って一緒に過ごしたスタジオでの時間は忘れません。皆様多忙なスケジュールの中、今まで多大なるサポートをどうもありがとうございました。

I’ve meant to post earlier but I am loving to teach with the new Gyrokinesis stool I got from already 2 weeks ago..😅❤️
It feels much comfortable to sitting and moving on it with a thicker padding, and I love the color of the wood that is little darker than the one I got from 2020 🎨
