Good advice for women!!!!!!!!!
DURING MENSTRUATIONS

If a woman is seeing her menstrual period, please do not do these 5 things; I mean:
1. Do not drink cold water or eat coconut during menstruation. To prevent blood clotting or blood disappearance.
2. Do not have s*x during your menstruations. The va**na is very soft during menstruation, bacteria, fungi, viruses can easily find their way into the Viva, uteruses causing serious infestations for both you and your man.
3. Do not apply shampoo on the head because the pores of the head are open during menstruation and can cause a headache and pores damage.
4. Do not eat cucumber during menstruation because sap in the cucumber may block the menstruation flowmatics (blood loss) in the uterine wall and may cause sterility. .
5. Also during menstruation, Your body (any part of the body) should not be hit or hit by hard objects, especially the abdomen, as it can cause excessive bleeding, vomiting, Fallopian tubes blockage and the uterus can be injured. And these are the . "ORIGINS OF UTERINE CANCER, ABNORMALITIES AND STERILITY" .
Research shows that drinking ice during menstruation can cause menstrual blood to remain in the uterine wall and after 5-10 years, can cause "UTERINE OR TUMOR CANCER". .
Please, this information is distributed to many women; mothers, wives, daughters or friends. Show concern for others. Love your wife. There is beauty in sharing ... save a woman, you can get an unexpected rewards.

Dear Pregnant Woman, This Is Why You Might Still End Up With A Tear — Even If You Pushed Gently! 😩👶🏽

You did everything right…

You listened to your midwife…

You didn’t push too early…

But you still came out of that delivery room with a painful tear “down there.”

Let’s break it down together.👇

First of all — What causes tears during childbirth?

When your baby is coming out through your v!gina, that area (perineum) has to stretch to allow the head pass. Sometimes it stretches well — and you have no tear.

But sometimes, it tears because:

❌ Baby is too big ❌ You pushed too fast ❌ The midwife didn’t support the perineum well ❌ Your v!gina didn’t stretch enough ❌ You had an episiotomy (a cut that extended) ❌ Or it was just your first baby — and your tissues were tight

So it’s not always your fault. Stop blaming yourself! 😔

Now let me shock you…

➡️ Some tears are small and heal easily.

➡️ But some are deep — reaching your a'nus (3rd or 4th degree tear) — and can cause lifelong probl£ms like stool leaking, painful s£x, or infection if not treated well 😓

How can you reduce your r!sk of tearing?

✅ Do perineal massage from 34 weeks ✅ Listen when they say “pant” not “push” ✅ Birth in positions that reduce pressure (like side-lying) ✅ Let the midwife support your perineum with warm compress ✅ Avoid pushing too early before full dilation ✅ Don’t scream and push with fear — breathe and control it

But even after all this, sometimes tears still happen — and it’s OK. What matters is proper repair, care, and healing.

After delivery: ✔️ Sit on soft surfaces ✔️ Use warm water to clean gently ✔️ Air dry or pat dry — don’t scrub! ✔️ Drink enough water so stool is soft ✔️ Go for checkup if it’s too painful or smells

Dear mama, tearing doesn’t make you less of a woman.
You brought life into this world.
You’re strong. You’ll heal. You’ll smile again 💪🏽💕

Does Hunger Cause Ulcer🤔?

Many people believe that staying hungry for too long can cause stomach ulcers, but that’s not entirely true.

Ulcers are open sores that develop in the lining of the stomach or upper part of the small intestine. They are mostly caused by:

A bacteria called Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori)

Regular use of pain relievers like aspirin or ibuprofen

Excess acid production in the stomach

However, going hungry or skipping meals doesn’t directly cause ulcers — but it can worsen the symptoms. An empty stomach may increase stomach acid, which can irritate the ulcer or the stomach lining, causing pain or discomfort.

💡 Tip: To prevent or manage ulcers:

Eat small, regular meals

Avoid spicy or acidic foods

Reduce stress

Avoid self-medication

See a doctor if you experience persistent stomach pain

So while hunger itself doesn’t cause ulcers, it can make them feel worse. Always take care of your stomach — prevention is better than cure! 💙

DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS CALLED?? 👇👇

Its called CROWNING -

This is when you can see the top of your baby's head through the opening of your va**na.

This occurs during the second stage of labor when cervix is fully dilated.

The continues contractions and the mothers efforts will help the birth of the new born

This Stage makes the midwife happy 😜

Some midwives will even announce this to the mum to give her more hope that baby is just about to be born

Sometimes i allow mothers to touch the babies head to confirm it

“Madam see baby’s head Is here, give your last push””

This gives them strength

At this stage ehhh you need to cooperate with your doctor or midwife for the best outcome o

Depending on the situation they may decide whether the mum need an episiotomy or not

The midwife will also make her observation and examination, just to make sure there is no cord that is preceding the head as the pressure on the cord at this time can cut off blood supply to the baby leading to fetal distress.

At any point during the birth process communicate all your feelings to your doctor or midwife.

5 Signs Your Period Is Not Normal Let’s Talk, Sis. 😊

Let’s be honest—many of us grew up thinking, “As long as blood comes out every month, I’m good.” sharp 😁

I do think the same too…

But that’s not entirely true. Your period is like a monthly report card from your body. If something’s off, your cycle might be trying to tell you something…

Here are 5 signs your period might not be normal:

1. It’s too painful—like ‘I-can’t-go-to-work’ it types pain.

Cramping is normal; I did not say it is not…

But if you’re rolling on the bed, taking painkillers like sweets, or missing school every month? That’s not okay. It could be a sign of conditions like fibroids or endometriosis. Don’t ignore it. Meet a physician or your family doctor. 😞

---

2. You bleed like you’re in a horror movie.

Changing pads or tampons every hour? Seeing big clots? That’s heavy bleeding, and it’s not something to “manage” with extra pads. You might be dealing with hormonal imbalance or even anemia. Let a doctor check you out.

---

3. Your period goes MIA for months.

No, sis, unless you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, your period shouldn’t be ghosting you for 2–3 months straight. Haba. .

Stress, thyroid issues, and even over-exercising can mess with your cycle. Missing periods isn’t always ”“convenient”—sometimes it’s a red flag. big one

---

4. If it shows up looking like a burnt offering

Dark brown, blackish blood… Pardon me 😂, color combo na, your mate? 🥱

You shall know what I'm saying. It could just be old blood clearing out, especially at the start or end of your cycle.

But what if that’s all you ever see, or it comes with a funny smell or pain? Time to talk to your doc.

---

5. It’s always too early or fashionably late.

A regular cycle is between 21 and 35 days. If yours is all over the place—this month it’s 25 days, next month it’s 47—you might be dealing with hormonal issues.

Consistency is key. If in writing …so your cycle shouldn’t be giving mood swing vibes every month

S*X DURING PREGNANCY, IS IT SAFE?

☑️This is one of the questions most new couples who are expecting for the first time will ask.

☑️While some are scared it can cause miscarriage, others believe it can result in developmental problems.

☑️Some men will also completely avoid their wives with the intention of protecting the unborn baby and also to give their partners some space.

☑️Some women will also avoid having s*x due to the hormonal and emotional changes that occur with pregnancy.

☑️It is worth knowing that s*x during pregnancy is and does not pose a problem to the mum or unborn baby. Baby is enclosed in its sac/membranes and the opening of the uterus the cervix is also closed. It also has a mucus plug that prevents anything from entering the uterus.

☑️What is important is to have considerations. The pregnancy hormones and the early signs and symptoms can make a woman not desire to be intimate. It's important for her partner to be considerate to support her through the process. There are times she will want to be intimate, there are times she will refrain. Make use of her happy days.

☑️Some women who have had repeated abortions or threatened abortions may be advised by their doctors or midwives to avoid s*x especially if an incompetent cervix is diagnosed.

☑️Couples can have s*x from the second trimester of the pregnancy. It is only to be when your midwife or doctor advises you due to your health condition.

☑️During the last trimester, couples can still have s*x. What is needed is to assume a position that will not put pressure on the abdomen and also the woman will be comfortable. It should also be gentle.

☑️During the last trimester when labor is about to set in, it is believed to help trigger the onset of labor. The semen also contains prostaglandin which also helps to soften the cervix and help labor to start.

☑️Its also important to know that, you really do not need s*x to maintain your pregnancy. Baby is safe and mum is also safe.
