Four years ago a few months after I gave birth to my second baby, I ran into a cousin who did not recognize me because of all the weight I gained, 30kg in fact.
I remember going home desperately wanting to something that could help me loose the weight fast. After many fad diets, with little to no eating I finally came across herbalife of course I was skeptical and the distributor seemed a bit to keen to get me to buy the products, but out of desperation I decided to try what did I have to loose.
I lost 2kg in my first week, and I was eating 5 times a day, replacing 2 meals with shakes and 1 healthy meal and 2 snacks. I felt amazing. It took 9 months of consistency and adding in some light exercise and I lost 25kg.
It is four years later and I have maintained my weight loss, we still have herbalife breakfast every day.
There is no quick way to loose the weight in a healthy way, you need to fill you body with 80% good nutrition and 20% exercise.
