Why you don’t need to be training more than this 👇
Since Bonnie joined us on the earth 🌎 my training has been decreased a fair bit..
For the first 2 weeks I didn’t touch a weight.
I then trained twice
This week is the first week I’ve hit all 3 training sessions.
Apart from feeling fatigued from poor sleep, my training has been really f*cking good.
Becoming busier over night from doing dad things alongside running a business and doing life I couldn’t think of anything worse than having to commit to 5 days a week of training.
