Fit Fab Fun Fitness can be bleak! Don't get me wrong, it isn't easy. But this turns lot of us off to fitness, thats when I decided fitness should have a fabulous edge.

Fun workouts, tasty recipes, workout gear to rave about, quotes to lift our spirits, and much more! Fitness can be so rigid! It always kept me away personally, the clunky outfits, judgmental people, the bleak regiments and workouts. I knew there had to be a better way to do it all! Thats when I began my journey into the fitness world, finding fun ways to stay active, DELICIOUS recipes that fill my body up right, and workout clothes that motivated me to keep going. I decided to create this page to share my spunky view of the fitness world for all of the people out there who have stayed away from the fitness world because of the reasons I did! Start standing with feet shoulder-width apart holding a kettlebell with both hands in front of chest and close to body (elbows bent). Push hips back and bend knees to lower into a squat. Reverse the movement to return to start. That's one rep.

Ways to Improve Our Balance

Knee Curl
Once again holding the back of a chair with a slightly bent anchor leg, lift the other leg straight back, then raise our heel toward our buttocks. Keep our hips still. Hold for 1 second before slowly lowering our foot to the floor. Repeat 10-15 times and then switch to our other leg.
