The Full Moon brings a chance to take a pause, reflect and observe how our life journey is progressing, so we can course-correct if necessary. The universe often provides us with feedback around this time, to help get us closer to our higher purpose.
With this month's Full Moon moon falling in confident, fun-loving, and big-hearted Leo, you can expect to feel more exuberant, empowered, and optimistic. And because the sign of the Lion is also the ruler of the fifth house of romance and self-expression, you can expect both of those themes to feature prominently as well.
Under this Full Moon we can clearly see where we’ve been holding back, dimming our light, or continuing to play roles that no longer suit us. Emotions can be intense because this moon invites us to take an honest look at what we’ve been through, and what we’ve become as a result.
The focus shifts away from the inner process towards embodiment and action. Spirituality is no longer felt, but actively lived.
Emotionally, this moon can be intense and revealing. Repressed feelings, particularly related to self-esteem, visibility, grief, or repressed creativity, may resurface with force. Many people may feel more exposed, vulnerable, or emotionally raw, because an essential need needs to be recognized.
Energetically, the nervous system is already under pressure due to the general planetary climate, such as Neptune in Aries, the activation of Uranus, and the upcoming Saturn-Neptune conjunction. This moon can accentuate feelings of restlessness, emotional urgency, or the feeling that “something has to change now.” Sleep disturbances, heightened sensitivity, or bursts of creative or emotional energy are likely.
Ultimately Full Moons are all about harnessing her magic, acknowledging our growth and setting new goals. And this Leo power house is no exception.
