We get it! And you might know this, but your warm-up is so important. It helps:โ

โœ… Increase muscle temperature for improved ability to stretch through appropriate ranges of motionโ 
โœ… Increase blood flow to active musclesโ 
โœ… Improve mobility in areas that feel stiffโ
