Do you struggle managing emotion? Let’s talk about on this and help yourself find a way to control your emotions. Join us!


Pukaar Community are working on several approaches, especially social media as a tool to raise awareness about mental well-being. The team has also planned a series of seminars on mental health awareness across the country throughout the year.

Only by educating and increasing the awareness about mental disorders and by recognizing them as a real illness, we can prevent the disastrous effects of depression or any other illness.
