We hear the word “wellness” all the time. But what does it really mean?
Wellness means that you are intentionally taking care of yourself. You are practicing consistent habits to feel energetic, happy, resilient, and overall healthier. Your overall well-being (the combination of your physical and mental health) improves as your wellness improves. This means that you feel more of those deeply rooted emotions such as joy, gratitude, contentment, and confidence. More inner peace than you’ve ever felt before. Wellness is holistic, meaning that is includes a variety of areas of your life that combine for overall satisfaction.
YOU are worth the effort, YOU MATTER!
