Step 1: Breathe.
Step 2: Book an appointment at a First Care Women's Health Center to confirm whether or not you are actually pregnant, (17% of First Care Patients have negative pregnancy tests at their appointment), learn your rights and all of your options, get an ultrasound to determine viability of the pregnancy, and determine how far along you are.
