BREAKING UNPREDICTABLE 2021

It would seem that the Time Spiral is spinning faster and faster and compresses into its spring, it is impossible to resist this Vortex, but by being aware of what is happening and relying on your Heart and Being, you can have the Privilege of being in the center of this Cyclone and observing the madness that is happening...

Our year began on the Vietnamese island of Phu Quoc... This is the island that bestowed a lot of bliss and various Insights, protected and preserved us, bestowing its Magic and Love. However, everything changed and the processes of destruction of what was so dear began...

The current situation gave a new Impulse and a hint where to move... It was as if the Hand of God accompanied us to our Motherland, where we enjoyed Meetings with Relatives, Nature, made new acquaintances and people close in Spirit, were able to share our Knowledge and transfer a Piece of our Heart in the practices of Yoga , Energy Qigong, Meditation, Women's and Men's Circle and, of course, Plunge into the atmosphere of Sacred practices and Healing Mantras.

Feeling that the Flow of Energy began to stagnate, there was no certainty and clarity that you were in your place... Unexpectedly... Genesis opens the Door to the New Space of Its Universe... Sri Lanka opened its Arms...

8 days to get ready, to resolve all the issues... many obstacles crumbled to smithereens, all new fears were overcome with the strengthening of the Spirit, the rejoicing of Victory over the Deepening Darkness... Complete strangers appeared on the Path and helped on serious issues, and the closest ones turned out to be Helpers and Guides...

👸Жена-Жизни Естества НАдежда ( естество означает Природу)
Слово Женч(щ)ина означает,что жена обрела положение в Роду, стала замужней.
🤴Муж- Могущий Удовлетворить( означает обеспечить пропитанием и всем остальным для продолжения Рода) Жену.
Слово Мужчина означало, что муж обрёл положение в Роду (Чин),т.е.женился и мог получить вотЧИНу, отсюда слово Чинить, действовать, править,т.е Муж Действующий.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👧Семья - это слово произошло от слова Семя. Крепкие Семьи- Семена Земли. Семья- единение родителей и детей, дедов,прадедов,внуков и правнуков.

Почти каждой из Нас суждено выйти ЗаМуж...
Семья это Великий труд Жещины. Быть гибкой в отношениях, быть Сестрой, Матерью, Подругой, Любовницей, Маленькой Девочкой и Мудрой Богиней, одновременно обладать Тайной, оставаться Желанной на долгие годы, обладать магнетизмом и обвалакивающей Энергией- все это дано нам с рождения, но мы совсем забыли об этом, обросли пылью обстоятельств и обыденности.
Для этого и существуют Женские Секреты Счастья,различные практики, которые открывают Завесу Тайн женского Бытия.
За 15 лет жизни с супругом мы смогли Трансформироваться и Открыть друг друга в Новой Реальности, применяя различные энергопрактики, медитации, хилинги, что позволило нам Считывать из Пространства Знаки и Подсказки, ведущие нас своим Путём, Своей Дорогой.

Зачем нужны женские практики?

Почему я выбираю сочетание различных стилей в йоге, цигун, Даосских практиках?
Почему помимо #Хатха Йоги необходимо иметь в наборе женские практики и знания, которые есть в различных древних направлениях для оздоровления и духовного роста?

💆‍♀️Все очень просто.
▪️Хатха #йога это всё же мужская практика, она накапливает и развивает энергию Солнца, а это мужская Энергия.
▪️В #Цигун накопление энергии Ци тоже ведёт к преобладанию мужской энергии.
Сейчас всё больше женщин берут на себя мужские функции: зарабатывать деньги, нести ответственность за семью, принимать ключевые решения. В результате происходит разбалансировка женской энергетической системы (у мужчин и женщин она работает по разному).
Вот почему возникают проблемы как на эмоциональном так и на физическом уровне:
- не складываются отношения ни в семье, ни на работе
- страдает материальный достаток,
- появляются болезни,
- проблемы в интимной жизни и т.д.
Я уже не говорю про бывших сексуальных партнёров и эмоциональных привязанностях к людям, которые оставляют свой След на энергетическом теле женщины (особенно страдают
❤️Сватистхана чакра - женский центр, 💚Анахата чакра - Сердечный центр, 💙Аджана чакра - "третий глаз", женская интуиция, немаловажная составляющая нашей жизни)

♾ При правильном взаимообмене энергиями, Мужчина и Женщина живут в Гармонии и Изобилии. Они составляют единое Целое, взаимодополняют друг друга и развиваются Духовно.

Через работу с психоэмоциональной сферой, через работу с телом, и различные таинства восстанавливают #баланс энергий и помогают нам с вами соединиться с нашей женской сутью, наладить отношения в семье, привлечь новые возможности, счастливые события.

🌸 Женщина , обладающая такой Энергией будет всегда Притягивать Любовь, Хорошее настроение, гармоничных Людей и с осознанием относиться к происходящему вокруг, не теряя при этом равновесие и эмоциональный покой.

Мой жизненный опыт провёл меня от погружения в йогу для собственного Здоровья до более глубокого понимания взаимосвязей, изучение ведический и славянских знаний и раскрытия благодаря им своей женской энергии - ими и хочу делиться дальше 🙏

PART 2. About Travel
🌍 In search of spiritual development, my family and I traveled around the world, absorbing the life, culture, heritage of those peoples who inhabited various places on our planet. In each of the trips, we found for ourselves new facets of perception of the surrounding reality.
🌎 Traveling around Cyprus, we enjoyed its Nature and the Mediterranean Sea. On the Akamas peninsula, they swam in the open spaces with giant turtles for the whole day, entering with them into
contact through the manifestation of Love, dissolving the boundaries between man and marine life.
🌍In the Atlantic Ocean on the island of Tenerife, the place of Los Gigantes amazed with an underwater meeting with a sand shark. Throwing away fears and opening the Heart, the understanding came that everything in the world is One, that even a seemingly dangerous creature is very curious and ready for friendship with a person after a long voyage in the open ocean side by side.
The archipelago of these islands amazed me with a variety of climatic zones, where in one day you can see hot sunny beaches, and climbing up the serpentine, get to the cool coniferous forests in the clouds and above them, the Maska Gorge, where, contrary to gravity, drops of rain or dew fly parallel to the ground , the Teide volcano 🌋, in the vicinity of which the film "Star Wars" was filmed, giant plants that have survived from the Ice Age. We returned there over and over again, visiting other islands in the archipelago. Here I studied the life, traditions, nature, plants, food characteristics of the Guanchi tribes, who lived here before the arrival of the Spaniards.
🌍 It's funny, but the fact is that it was here that I got acquainted with their Vedic traditions, sacred rituals, reminiscent of the rites of ancient Russia.
🌎 Having visited Turkey, Egypt, Montenegro, Greece, mainland Spain, Italy, we decided to visit magical Asia: India, Thailand, Vietnam.
Asia delighted with Bright juicy colors, delightful sunrises and sunsets, an abundance of all Living things around, a variety of fruits and other joys.
💫On Koh Chang (Tai) Island for the first time found a sense of inner Peace through merging with Nature, feeling a dissolution into Existence and found Meditation.
Therefore, having returned to my homeland, to Russia, the feeling of acquired Bliss did not leave me for a long time, and I tried to return to Asia again and again. Having acquired a meditative state, in order to preserve it as long as possible...

Now I am 40 years old. I live and enjoy Life with my husband and two sons, whom we are teaching for the 4th year in family education.
💫 For over 10 years I have been practicing and teaching yoga, doing health restoration, applying various techniques, practices, knowledge and wisdom.

🎓 The Faculty of Biology and Chemistry of the University gave an opportunity to plunge into the world of plants and their miraculous Power. My great-grandmother lived for almost 100 years, Thanks to God and Nature for her Gifts.
In search of problems with the spine, fate brought me to Yoga and its various directions.

Knowledge came on its own and with an open heart I accepted everything so that now I could help others, share practices, create meditations and be a guide to the world of yoga 🧘‍♀️

Знания приходили сами и я с открытым сердцем принимала все, чтобы теперь помогать другим, делиться практиками, творить медитации и быть проводником в мир йоги 🧘‍♀️
