- Bespoke breathwork-assisted mindfulness sessions, helping you to re-centre and get back into your body.
> Monday lunchtimes: boost focus and creativity
> Friday afternoons: chill down and let go of the work week without the need for quick fixes (both in Dalston, E8).
*Online breathwork sessions*
- A little breathwork taster on alternate Wednesday evenings, so you can re-set and re-charge, without needing to leave your home :)
*Breathwork workshops*
A two-hour deep dive, on alternate Saturday afternoons - helping you to come back to yourself, and release what no longer serves (in Dalston, E8).
NB: In-person sessions have limited capacity, to keep the vibe intimate and cosy 😊
