Yoga & Pilates in Costa del Sol
Hello everybody! I am so happy that you found me and my page. Do you love Yoga or Pilates? Are you interested in Yoga or Pilates and would like to start?
I found Pilates after my first pregnancy in Finland and Yoga much later In Costa Del Sol. Pilates helped me to improve my core strength and taught me how to really use my power house. When I later found Yoga I had suffered from depression for many years. Yoga helped me to find some balance in my life. Through the meditacion and physical practice I healed my mind and soul. I found peace and love in me, I forgave myself and the others in the past.
If you would like to join my classes, you will find me in Los Boliches (Fuengirola) yoga studio Ananda Laie Studio Minbody and wellness studio Sonné salud. Also private classes here in Costa del Sol area or through the Skype :)
