My final gratitude inviation to you, in our gratitude series, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
is about finding a simple way to remind yourself regularly to take a minute to be grateful. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Think of it as a game, every time you see or feel that grattude object, how quickly can you think of something you are grateful for. At the end of the day, can you remember everything you came up with? How long is your gratitude list? Maybe you can use one of those things to write about in your gratitude journal that night. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Day 5 of the gratitude series is focused on gratitude in the work place. A gratitude object is a subtle reminder to be grateful in that moment, which in turn improves your productivity at work, connection wtih coworkers, and higher satisfaction in your job. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No matter how much we love our job or the work we do, there are those times when we need a boost to our commitment, satifaction, or productivity. Try the gratitude object, see how things change for you at work after doing this for a few weeks. I think you'll like the changes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
