Girls and guys in the gym, quick reality check 🤍
Taking 1.5 g protein per kg just because someone else is doing it is not the rule for everyone.

Most women doing regular workouts (3 to 4 days weight training + cardio) usually need around 1 to 1.2 g/kg, not 1.5 or 2.
Higher numbers are meant for progressive strength training and muscle gain programs, not casual workouts.

What happens when you overload protein without real need?👇
• bloating
• acidity
• constipation
• high urea or creatinine
• dehydration
• dullness and hair fall
• kidney stress if numbers are already borderline

Protein is important. Excess is not.
