Jesus, the ultimate valentine because He IS love and taught us how to love one another. ✝️ What a great reminder as we also observe Ash Wednesday today. LOVE looks like a life of obedience to God, a cross, and an empty tomb. ❤️ It looks like us living in response to the love that we have freely received from our Savior.

May we remember today and every day just how deeply we are loved by Jesus! And may that knowledge lead us to live a life worthy of the Gospel so that others may see Jesus’ love through us! 💘

A pair of sisters in Christ and movement professionals go on a weekend trip. 🌵☀️👯‍♀️🏜️🥾

Super thankful to have spent a few days soaking up the sun in God’s beautiful desert creation and reflecting on His goodness with my dear friend a few weeks ago. ✝️

It’s amazing how a change of scenery, climate, and routine can refresh the mind and soul! 🙏🏼 Add in your prayer partner and it’s a time of God revealing blessing after blessing in new ways.

Never doubt the power of a workout buddy and a consistent exercise schedule! 💪🏼❤️
What I love about personal training, buddy training, and group fitness is the relationships. God made us for community and camaraderie! We are more motivated, joyful, and consistent when we’re not just focused on “ME.” When we have to show up to exercise for our own benefit BUT ALSO because someone is counting on us being there- 🔥total habit changer!🔥
