This lift would not have happened a few weeks ago. Sticking to her rehab and putting in 110% has brought us to this point!

In every sport, injuries happen, and make for a crazy rollercoaster. We are here to join you on the ride, and make it a hell of a lot less scary!

Meet the team 🤩 introducing the newest addition to our team, George!

Hey Legends ! My name is George and I recently graduated from the University of Canberra at the end of 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree.

Outside of my degree I have worked as a support worker and physiotherapy-assistant for individuals with a wide range of intellectual and physical disabilities.

A little bit about me:
- I love to train and have a passion for all things involving sports particularly boxing, mma, football, basketball and rugby league.
- I’m a die hard Manchester United Fan (I know we are terrible)
- I was born and raised in Sydney - I am fluent in the Greek language
- My guilty pleasure is eating a whole tub of Ben and Jerry’s and doing a 1000 calories on the stair-master to make up for it 🤣

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some of you guys already and can’t wait to see more of you ☺️
