Grateful and proud to be nominated for Health & Wellbeing Leader of the Year 2025 by

This recognition means a great deal, not just as a founder, but as a woman who has built a business in the thick of real life: motherhood, relocating to a new country and the ongoing challenge of growing something meaningful without burning out.

Over the past year, I’ve led and expanded a highly personalized nutrition program designed specifically for high-achieving, burnt-out women, many of them mothers who are struggling with fatigue, hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance, and a complete disconnection from their bodies.

Our work focuses on resetting metabolism, balancing hormones, and rebuilding energy from the inside out with a strategy that’s as practical as it is effective.

Building a business while parenting and navigating a major life transition hasn’t been easy. There were nights I doubted myself, moments I wanted to pause everything but the vision of supporting burnt-out, high-performing women like me kept me going.

We are told to believe that after your 30s (and even 40s) it becomes extremely difficult (some have even said impossible) to lose weight - I do not believe this for ONE SECOND

News flash: Any “coach” that tells you to avoid dining-out & enjoying a social life, while you are trying to lose weight… is full of 💩

I see this all the time…when my clients first come to me, they are holding in so much fear and anxiety revolving around being able to have a social life. They have been told that being on a weight loss journey requires them to prep, plan and cook meals at home 100% of the time. This cannot be farther from the truth

While I can empathise completely, because I used to feel the SAME, however, with over 10 years of training (and yes it took me 10 years to achieve a Doctorate, so if you are following the advice a ‘coach’ who has only completed a certification….please stop) I have now learnt to incorporate dining out INTO my lifestyle, and still continue to lose the weight.

Through all my academia, I have developed my 80-20 method which teaches my clients the skills required to live a fulfilled enjoyable social life, while still being able to shed unwanted kilo’s. Through my method my clients use my plate guide during their travels and when they are out at a restaurant etc. This guide teaches you to portion healthy fats, boosts your protein and non-starchy carbs while offering a balanced amount of carbohydrates.

Traveling or dining out should not be a reason for you to ‘pause’ on your healthy routine, if you are on a journey to lose weight. In fact, my clients take on these trips as a challenge to see how much weight they can continue losing - infact this client of mine carried on her journey and shed 11kg in total in 6 months!🔥

What does work is allowing yourself to try all the foods on your trip (I teach you how to create the perfect plate to stay ON TRACK), and continue incorporating some form of exercise ie. following my 80-20 method.

Here are three mistakes my clients DO NOT make when they work with me on their weight loss journey:

❌Extreme Restrictions: Cutting out entire food groups or slashing calories to the extreme might seem like a quick fix, but it often leads to nutrient deficiencies and leaves you feeling deprived ~ my 80-20 method fits in here!

❌Skipping Meals: Busy schedules can tempt us to skip meals, but this can mess with your metabolism and leave you famished, setting the stage for unhealthy food choices later (hello entire oreo pack while watching TV!)

❌Relying Solely on the Scale: Weight fluctuates for various reasons, including water retention and muscle gain. Don’t let the scale dictate your progress. Pay attention to how you feel, energy levels, and non-scale victories!

Remember, your journey should be about sustainable changes that you can stick to forever 🙌🏻

That is why I created my 80-20 method - I will teach you how to shift your focus from short term results to LONG-TERM HEALTH BENEFITS. This way you are not stuck in with the yo-yo dieting and can move closer to achieving all your goals!
