How does Spirulina help relieve crtitical illnesses such as diabetes? 🤔

Good Morning everyone! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, here's one of my favorite low-calorie recipes you can try today 😁.

Ingredients:
1. 4 slices of bread
2. 500g of asparagus with trimmed ends
3. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
4. Salt and Black Pepper
5. 4 eggs
6. 1/4 Parmesan cheese (30g)

Step 1
Heat broiler. Place the bread and asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with the oil and season with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper.

Step 2
Broil until the bread is toasted, 1 to 2 minutes per side; transfer the bread to plates. Continue broiling the asparagus, tossing once, until tender, 4 to 8 minutes more.

Step 3
Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Carefully lower the eggs into the water. Reduce heat and gently simmer for 6 minutes. Cool under running water and peel.

Step 4
Divide the asparagus among the toast, sprinkle on the Parmesan, and top with the eggs.

Set it up and enjoy your healthy breakfast right👍

Healthy Oatmeal Cookie Recipes

A delicious treat for you and your family. Made of healthy ingredients and with our all natural sweetener, honey! There's no need for sugar 😄

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons honey
1 large egg
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
1 1/4 cup quick oats*
3/4 cup cooked quinoa/almonds/walnuts (crushed)**

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 190 C.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, coconut oil, honey and vanilla.

3. Beat in the egg, and whisk until mixed.

4. In a separate medium bowl, stir together the flour, salt, baking soda, oats, cooked quinoa, flax seed and cranberries.

5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, and stir until combined.

6. Scoop rounded tablespoons onto a cookie sheet, and press flat with your hands.

7. Bake for 10 minutes, until the edges start to turn golden brown and the bottoms are golden brown.
