8 week challenge •

Lewis messaged me as one of my good friends, asking for a bit of help with dieting plus to keep him on track to securing a figure he was happy with come his holiday start of September!

8 weeks have passed and couldn’t be happier with his commitment throughout the whole process! His had some big challenges that I know the old Lewis would have folded at and I’m so proud the grit he has shown and the realisation that pushing on & digging deep, can also bring you out the other side!

My biggest fear was letting people down throughout all this was probes the one thing I battled daily & when people requested the ticket link I was always hesitated to send it, but I’m so glad I did!

With or without placing walking out to all these guys made my day that much better!

Little photo dump of show day! What I would give to relive this weekend over again 💪🏼🥈

After a well needed week away and coming back being poorly which isn’t what I had planned as my aim was to tackle the gym like I never had before… these little set back make or break but it’s only confirming to me I want it more than ever!

Cannot wait to see this off season start and now after the judges feedback we know exactly what we need to do to improve & bring a bigger, better version of myself come 2025 🙏🏼

Amazing coming home to Spain with loved ones and some amazing food, but I’m ready to get back and put a plan in place for the off season! Best believe we go again 🏆

6 weeks out until my first competitive show, after 3 check ins with the boss this week he gave the go ahead on five guys Friday night (you wouldn’t believe that first photo is the morning after😂) and a high day today totalling 3396 kcals for the day!

Thankful for the refeeds 🍔🍟

One more week digging with low kcals then we look at reversing the diet …awesome spot to be in especially this far out! Means I’m not going to be starving into the run up to stage and we can play around with foods and find out what portrays the best look for myself & my body!🙏🏼💙🎯
