Tip #1 ⛅️ A good night sleep starts in the mornings!
🌞 Try to get as much light from the sun as you can in the mornings.
This will help your production of Serotonin which is a hormone that regulates mood and it’s a precursor for melatonin the hormone that regulates sleep.
☀️ So soon after you wake up open those curtains and let the sunshine come in! ☀️

Sleep Challenge:
Commit to schedule 9 hours of sleep(to get at least 8 ) everyday for 2 weeks. Set it up so that bedtime and wake time are always around the same time. Plan according to YOUR schedule. What does this mean? If you want to wake up every morning at 6 but don’t get home from work until 11 or 12 that will not be a good goal. Be realistic but also make sure to aim for those 9 hours. During the week I will be sharing tips to help with the challenge but also share your own. Remember this is a journey together! Challenge starts tomorrow but you can join in any day just make sure to complete the 2 weeks. So who’s in? Like I said before this one is an eazzzzzy one!
