Potatoes with spices!

Products:
1 kg of potatoes
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs
Thyme
Paprika
Salt

How to do it:
Peel and slice the potatoes, flood them with olive oil, put the spices and mix by hand. After that put the breadcrumbs and mix again. Put baking paper in a tray and order potatoes there. If you would like you might put more breadcrumbs and olive oil before the bake. They are ready when they start to turn red.

Chocolate cheesecake

For the base:
200 g chocolate biscuits
75 g of melted butter

For the filling:
680 g cream cheese
200 g white sugar
3 eggs /at room temperature/
380 g natural chocolate
200 g sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

For topping:
200 g liquid cream – cooking
200 g natural chocolate
First, crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Cover the bottom of the pan with the mixture and bake for 10 min at 180 degrees. In a water bath in a bowl, place the chocolate by breaking it into pieces to melt it. Stir and, once melted, set aside. In the bowl put the cream cheese. Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese, and put 200 g of sugar. Stir well. Pour in the melted chocolate slowly and beat low. Once homogenized, add eggs one at a time. Stir well after each one. Add the vanilla. Add the sour cream and mix. The mixture is ready, remove the pan from the refrigerator and pour the mixture inside. Turn on the oven at 180 C, place a medium-sized saucepan in the oven and bake for 50-55 minutes. The cheesecake is ready when its centre is still slightly liquid when shaken. Remove and let cool at room temperature for about 1 hour. Then place and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, but best for 1 night.
To make the frosting, heat the cream on the stove and put on the broken chocolate pieces. Wait for it to melt well and remove from heat, after that pour cheesecake. You can decorate whatever you want.

Homemade Cupcake

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
1 ½ cups of white sugar
1 cup of yoghurt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups of flour
1 vanilla
1 teaspoon cocoa
I put nuts and raisins and a little cocoa in the mixture.
Directions:
First, mix the eggs with the sugar with a stirrer until the sugar is melted. Add the oil, yogurt (the yogurt is mix with baking soda), vanilla and flour. After everything is mixed separate 1 cup of the mixture and add 1 teaspoon cocoa. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven until ready.

Syrupy cocoa cake with coconut

For the cake:

5 eggs
1 vanilla extract
½ cup of oil
2 cups of flour
1 ½ cup of sugar
1 baking powder
300 g coconut

For the syrup:

3 cups of water
3 cups of sugar
9 teaspoons cocoa
200 g butter
3 vanilla extract

We start with the cupcake:

The proteins and yolks are separated, the proteins are mixed with the sugar of the bubbles. To the yolks add 4 tablespoons of water and stir, then add to the proteins, then the vanilla, the oil, the flour mixed in advance with the baking powder. (I put 1 cup of nuts in the mixture).Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven until ready.

For the syrup:
Once the cupcake has cooled, the water and sugar are placed in a deep saucepan,
After boiling, add cocoa, butter, and vanilla. Boil for 20 minutes and it's done. Pour each piece of cake into the warm syrup. Roll in the coconut and it is good to stay in the fridge for 1 night.
