My middle name is Rosemary and as a child I hated this name. Not understanding it's worth or what it even was.

My grandmother must have known one day I would become spiritually conscious of why we are here.

She knew my purpose would find me and I would understand that we only destroy what we don't value.

Everything starts within ourselves and cannot change until you put forth the effort to be the change.

Sometimes illness can bring us to our knees, physically & spiritually.

I read that Hippocrates is quoted as saying:

"Before you heal someone, ask him if he's willing to give up the things that make him sick."

I can totally relate to this, I expected a doctor to resolve the illness without changing who I was or what I was putting into my system.

Healing always starts with (you) spirit first in both Hawaiian & Chinese medicinal healing.
