The fact I couldn’t even say the word ‘decisions’ by the end of the day should tell you just how this challenge went 😵‍💫

Every 5 minutes and 23 seconds, my day was interrupted by an alarm to represent the 180 extra decisions someone with diabetes makes every single day - and if I’ve created a challenge, I had to put it to the test myself!🚨

If you’re not living with diabetes, try it for a day and you’ll see: it’s way more than numbers or routines or blood sugar levels, it’s a nonstop mental marathon 😣😩

Huge respect to everyone living with this daily grind 👏
