253 years ago today, Pierre Primeaux and his wife Suzanne boarded a schooner in Port To***co, MD headed for Louisiana. He is my husband's 4x Great Grandfather. Pierre served under Galvez during the American Revolution.

I believe he was buried in this old cemetery. This evening I met with the Mayor and Historic Cemetery Foundation in Washington, LA to discuss a historical marker to recognize him and the other Patriots believed to be buried here. Stay tuned!
